I thought it was high time to make Carmen another beanie… you know it’s only like 91 degrees here, it makes perfect sense! Ok so I have no idea why different inspirations hit me at random times during the year and they never correspond with the season (especially in Cal where it rarely gets cold), but I do need to gear up my etsy shop for the fall soon, so I do need to be makin’ some beanies. Here is a start. I think my Carmie looks cute in the mini surf beanie like the one I made for myself earlier this year.
And Yes I do bribe my child to sit still for pictures with dum-dums… Judge me if you will, it gets the job done.
Dum-dum bribery…classic. You have no idea how much I hate that I can’t use it on Miles. “I’ll give you a cheesestick” just doesn’t have the same effect for some reason. :) I love the beanie. That yarn is the cutest.
