Baby Blanket

I finished the first blanket that Eve taught me to knit the other day (thanks Eve). It got put on hold for a while to finish Christmas gifts, but while I was away I decided I would finish it. It turned out cute and I learned a lot from it… and a lot of what not to do also.

And here is Carmen in her first ever pig tails, it’s alright that she yanked them out about an hour later and had crazy hair the rest of the day. but I got to see the flooring in our new house that day so I was stoked. It looks really good, I am so excited to move in. We are probably going to move in next Friday or Saturday.

  1. CUTE blanket. I am so impressed. And I love the color.

    CUTE baby!

    CUTE babylegs!

And I can’t wait til you move in so I can see your FLOORS and gigantic house!

  3. Hey Jana,
Tyler is in the elder’s quorum and he asked me to ask you when you want a bunch of dudes to come over and help you guys move in. I called your number in the directory and left a message for you, but call back if you want help!

  4. I totally admire the work on your blanket. I learned how to crochet when I was younger and haven’t done it since, but I would love to. I love the scarf that you knitted and wear it with my black wool coat all the time. I make rag quilts and quilt squares, but need to learn how to knit. Good going! Also, Carmen is just adorable!
