Quilting up a storm

Filed under: projects — Jana @ 11:21 am

Here it is!

Far from perfect, but still I love it and am so happy to be done.

And dont worry those baby drool spots will dry and I still have to wash it anyway. (like I can ever get any pictures without drool in them… not possible)

I finally finished my first ever quilt. I am now an official old lady! Just kidding I am not trying to say that only old ladies quilt, but for a group of young cute girls in our 20’s…we do love to do a lot of old lady hobbies. And I do love it!

And here are some funny pics of Carly and Carmen playing mr. potato head to make you smile:

Just keeping it gangster (that is so white)

  4. I love the colors. I’ve heard you talk about finishing the quilt but I haven’t seen it yet. You did a great job, quilting scares me, I think I would do horrible job if I tried.

  6. Your quit is amazing Jana. Even the back! Nonners, Jen, Brit and I have always talked about doing a ladies night like yours. I think it time to make it happen.

  7. Mom practically did everything when we made Jordan and my quilt. I would love to actually accomplish making one on my own! Very impressive!

  8. Love the quilt and the colors. I love turquoise – mainly because my birth stone is either blue zircon or turquoise.
