The reason I hardly ever blog…

Filed under: holidays, knitting, me — Jana @ 9:58 am

I have been knitting up a storm lately because of Christmas and the many people with birthdays and babies around that time too. So… that doesn’t leave me much time to blog.
Here are some of the many projects I have been working on…

  • Scarves, scarves, and more scarves

  • A baby blanket for Traci’s little boy that is coming in a few months. Sorry the picture is so bad. I ran out of time and had to take it in the car, with my phone. It’s a tan/beige color if you can’t tell… And yes I fell victim of the lion brand dye lot curse… Same number, different shades.

  • And another color of ribbed wrist warmers.

  1. Those scarves are beautiful, but of course I am especially fond of the blanket you made for our little guy! It is sooo cute. Thanks again! It was so good to see you. Thanks for making the trip to COLD Utah and tell Lee thanks for hanging in the car so that we could talk after the party :)

  3. WOW. I love it all – the Hollister-inspired scarf turned out beautifully. I can’t believe you can post these all at once – I would be stretching all that over over a month!

  4. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU for the amazing scarf! I wore it non stop in frigid Utah and the colors are awesome! You’re such a sweetheart. Hope you had a merry Christmas!!

  5. Seriously, these are so cute. And, I especially love the one that you gave me for my B-day – it was a pleasant surprise. Also, it was great to have you at the holiday party. Now, I will have to think a year in advance and see if I can complete the sketch I started of you. I better not though – it might end up looking like Beavis with my lack of artistry talent. Maybe I can make you a PB&J sandwich instead. Happy Birthday coming up. The big 26 – I am so proud!

  7. I still need to get a knitting lesson from you. I never got to get in on that at the family reunion. Baby Gunnar kept me too busy. Love all the cute things you knitted. By the way, I know I’ve told you already, but I can’t thank you enough for the awesome blanket you knitted for Gunnar. I love it so much and use it everyday.

  8. I don’t have such a productive hobby to keep me from blogging. Everything you make is beautiful!
