…and exhale

Filed under: me — Jana @ 6:08 pm

I am sorry to everyone who posted in the last three days because I was in hiding to read “the” book. Now that I am finished I can resume my normal life as it was and stop neglecting EVERYTHING else around me.

Who else has at least started this thing? I am like dying to talk about it! I am freaking out!

Oh and to any one who has been living under a rock for the past couple years and don’t know what “the” book is… it’s the new Stephanie Meyer book breaking dawn.

(and to be honest, if you didn’t know that, you must not know me at all)

* I forgot to add that I loved this book, I will tell you how much by replaying a conversation I had with my husband at the beach on Saturday after I had been reading for a while:

Lee: “So, your pretty stoked about that book huh?”

Me:  “Um, Yeah… Why do you ask?”

Lee:  “Oh just because you have had a huge smile on your face every time I have looked at you for the past hour.”

So I guess I had been smiling like a fool the whole time and didn’t even realize it, I totally blushed like bella when I realized how embarrassing that was.  But I am sure as soon as you start reading it you will know exactly what I was smiling about.

  1. Ok!!! So I finished yesterday and I am dying to talk about it with anyone! Both my mom and sister haven’t finished. So if you need to talk about it, please feel free to call me anytime!!! That is all I’m gonna say because I don’t want to spoil it for anyone. ;)

  3. Ok, so for a long time I was unconvinced that a vampire story could be wonderful, but on our last trip, I decided to try Twilight. All I can say is DELICIOUS! I could not stop reading until all done with the first 3 and I have been anxiously waiting for the last one. Crummy work has kept me from finishing it yet, but close still the same. Wyatt is insane with jealosy, but I dont care. My kids are whining, but I dont care. The left side of my body is asleep, who would care when you can escape to a fairy tale world with EDWARD?! Sigh.

  4. I am on page 400 and loving it so much more than I thought I would – but so far, most of my predictions have come through….just detailed MUCH better than I ever dreamed.

  5. OK, I just started it last night! It seems to be pretty good. I have heard a lot of good and bad so I guess we will see. I went to the midnight party at B&N the night it came out! Wowee did it bring out some weirdo’s! Anyways, I love to talk about it as well. Congrats on finishing it.

  6. You have already finished it. I don’t even have the book yet. My friend went to a amazing Twilight party…they had shirts that said OCD (Obessed Cullen Disorder). It was pretty over the top but it looked like so much fun.

  7. I’m about halfway through. Can’t seem to finish it as fast as I did the others. SO much to do.

  11. So good. Soooo Good. I mean SOOOOOO GOOD! If I didn’t have a friend that wanted to borrow it, I’d probably turn right around and read it again.

  12. Now that the kids are going back to school I might find some time to read, so I guess what I’m saying is your passion for these books has convinced me! I know it’s had to believe but I need to start with the first one, can I borrow?
